I asked my sister what I should build and she randomly chose this house. It is a modern home for a family with a child or two or a couple with hobbies. The lot is quite a lot larger than the house so you have space for a swimming pool or a basketball court or whatever you put in your gardens. This is not a starter home but it is not wildly expensive either.
